And Then They Made Neapolitan Cake Batter Fudge and Fed a Baby Doll

Now I see what I did!  I accidentally bought Pillsbury strawberry cake mix.  It was a different consistency than the other two but didn’t make any difference in texture or taste once refrigerated.  Does Betty Crocker even make strawberry cake mix?

Two cups of strawberry cake mix mix with 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of buttermilk, and 1 stick of butter. DO NOT MIX!  Microwave for two minutes, stir until butter is melted and all the powdered ingredients are incorporated.

Repeat with yellow cake mix!

Grease the bottom of a cake pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.  Spread the strawberry cake mix in the bottom of the pan and refrigerate until the yellow batter mix is done in the microwave.

Repeat with the chocolate cake mix!

Spread the yellow cake mix on top of the strawberry and refrigerate while the chocolate layer is being prepared.

Chill for two hours.  Slide a knife between the edges of the fudge and the pan to loosen it; turn it upside down and hit the bottom of the pan a few times until the fudge falls out.  Cut it into pieces and eat the crap out of it!  But pace yourself because it’s not good for you.  I have fudge tummy going on over here.

Sonic was hungry so Eli decided to feed him (he says it’s a boy doll who likes to dress up as a girl).  After changing two mini diapers that cost 5 bucks for 6 I sent my friend Kala a message to see if she could whip up some cloth diapers for him!
